Version 2026.09.07.1 · Effective September 7, 2026
Article 1. Purpose
These terms establish the conditions for using the InvenQ inventory and work collaboration service (the “Service”) provided by Paeek (the “Company”), and the rights and obligations of the Company and its users.
Article 2. Publication and changes
The Company publishes these terms in the app and on the web so that users can readily access them. The Company may amend them within the limits of applicable law and will announce the effective date and reasons for significant changes in advance.
Where a change is unfavorable to users or significant enough to require separate consent, the Company may request renewed consent. Earlier terms are retained by version.
Article 3. Accounts and registration
Users must provide accurate information and keep their accounts secure. Sharing accounts, using another person's information without authorization, and interfering with operation of the Service are prohibited.
The Service is generally provided to users aged 14 or older. If you choose Google or Apple registration or sign-in, authentication information supplied by that provider may be used to create an account, sign in, or link an existing account. Apple users may choose Apple's private relay email instead of their actual email address.
Article 4. Groups and permissions
Users may create groups or join by invitation. Group owners and members granted the necessary permissions may manage members, items, locations, stock, tasks, and stock-count information.
The relevant group and users are responsible for assigning permissions and for members' actions within the group. The Company makes reasonable efforts to provide a permission system and a history of changes.
Article 5. Inventory and work data
The Service stores and displays items, quantities, locations, business partners, images, stock history, tasks, comments, and stock-count results entered by users.
Stock quantities and work results change according to users' entries and approvals. Before making an important stock change, verify the actual quantity and the target of the operation. Service records do not replace accounting, tax, or legally required books and records.
Article 6. Prohibited conduct
- Uploading unlawful information, malicious code, or information that infringes another person's rights.
- Bypassing security, making excessive automated requests, reverse engineering, or interfering with operation of the Service.
- Accessing another group or user's information without authorization.
- Violating applicable law, public order, or accepted standards of conduct.
Article 7. Changes and interruptions to the Service
The Company may change or temporarily suspend part of the Service for security, maintenance, outages, natural disasters, or circumstances involving external providers. Foreseeable interruptions will be announced in advance to the extent reasonably possible.
The Company maintains reasonable protection and recovery procedures for service reliability and data protection. Users may separately retain important business records using the available tools, such as Excel exports. The Company does not guarantee that every outage or loss can be prevented.
Article 8. Paid services and payments
The purchase confirmation screen displays the price, features, permitted number of users, billing cycle, and applicable period of each paid plan. Payments are processed through the user's Google Play or App Store account, and the store's payment, cancellation, and refund policies also apply.
Subscriptions may renew on the displayed cycle and terms until the user cancels through the relevant store. Users can stop the next renewal in the Google Play or App Store subscription management screen. Access following cancellation, refund, or payment reversal depends on applicable law, the store's policies, and the actual subscription status.
Subscription entitlement applies to the group selected at purchase and linked to the store transaction. Deleting a group, transferring group ownership, or deleting an account may detach the group from the subscription entitlement in the Service. However, store auto-renewal may continue until the user cancels it in the relevant store. The Company may retain the minimum transaction identifiers and status needed to prevent duplicate use of the same store subscription. Store status updates can take time due to communication and verification. The app's subscription synchronization feature can be used to check the latest status again.
Article 9. Termination and restrictions
Users may request immediate account deletion in the app's account settings whether or not they have an active subscription. To preserve a group they own, owners may transfer ownership to another member first. If the user explicitly agrees on the account-deletion screen to permanently delete owned groups and their shared data, those groups will be deleted together with the account. Shared stock and work history in other groups the user does not own may remain until those groups are deleted, with the author anonymized to preserve business continuity.
Deleting an account does not automatically cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. To avoid further charges, users are advised to stop the next renewal using the store subscription management link provided in the app before deleting their account.
The Company may restrict use after advance notice for violations of law or these terms, security threats, or nonpayment. In urgent cases, it may impose a restriction first and notify the user afterward.
Article 10. Intellectual property
Rights in the Service's software, design, trademarks, and Company-created content belong to the Company. Rights in user-uploaded data belong to the user or the rightful owner. The Company processes that data only to the extent needed to provide, back up, and restore the Service.
Article 11. Liability
The Company is liable under applicable law for damage caused by its intentional acts or negligence. Liability may be limited for damage caused by matters for which the Company is not responsible, including incorrect user entries, negligent permission management, account sharing, and external network failures.
This article does not limit consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Article 12. Notices and inquiries
The Company may communicate through in-app notifications, push notifications, email, or announcements. Users may contact the Company through the in-app support feature or the customer support email address.
Article 13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. The parties will first seek to resolve disputes through discussion. Unresolved disputes will be handled by a court with jurisdiction under applicable law, including the Civil Procedure Act.
